尊敬的亚马逊卖家绩效团队:我收到亚马逊的通知,说因为出售假冒产品而取消了我的销售权,我立即查询了亚马逊列出的几个产品


首先作为一名刚在亚马逊上销售没多久的卖家(该账户正式开始销售于 2016 月份),我们缺乏对亚马逊规则的认知,没有认真去了解亚马逊的规则和违禁品

其次,在亚马逊提出的几个 XX 产品里,我们销售团队在中国市场的中国天猫淘宝电商平台上均进行了销售,并且已经取得了XX 公司的授权。

由于我们海外销售时间短,缺乏经验,没有很清楚的去了解亚马逊的规则,对于这一点我们团队感到很抱歉,我已经删除了亚马逊提出的几个产品,并保证永久不会再次销售。


我们团队第一次入驻亚马逊欧洲站进行销售,在中国市场我们有很好的销售业绩和口碑,希望亚马逊卖家团队能考虑我们希望在亚马逊欧洲站继续销售的真诚,恢复我们账号销售权。(我们团队可以保证,已经销售和发运的XX产品均是正品行货,如后期有客户投诉说产品是假货,我们愿意无理由赔偿)

According to your guidance, we have made a thorough investigation again about this issue and make a more detailed improved plan.

We sincerely hope that you can reinstate our selling privilege after reviewing our plan.

1. What reasons caused the issue:

Since we are willing to expand our business scale on Amazon, we develop the various types of products. Due to our lack of enough knowledge of “ASIN Creation Policy”, we cannot regularly check so many listings on time and listed incorrect variations.

(1) Add subordinate products that are not genuine variants of the parent product.

We created variations for some listings which are completely not the same products. They are not the same products, but we made them under one variation and then edited the children titles later. We misused the variation such size, color and specification. Variations are incorrect because they included products for different models. That is not allowed even if the products are for the same brand products. When it comes to create variations for products, the only variation allowed is by color. Size variation would be a violation since it would be an indication of a different model. We misused the variation and created the incorrect variations. We deeply realized our mistake.

(2) Change the details page of the parent product so that it does not match those of the subordinate products

The children listing titles were not consistent with the others in one variation. We created in the variations before, and after then, we wanted to optimize the children product, we edited the titles, though they are the same products, they got the different title with each other.

2. Actions that we took already:

(1) Check all the listings and delete the related listings that misuse ASIN variations.See attached files Misuse Variation Deleted List

We have already checked all the listings and deleted the related listings that misuse ASIN variations. We guarantee that all the listings comply with the “ASIN Creation Policy” now.

(2) Optimize the listings.

We have removed the listings which are not sold very well in order that we can manage our listings more easily. We have already updated all the remaining listings and guarantee that this similar situation won’t ever happen again.

(3) Strengthen staff training.

We have invited the experienced people to our company to train our sales employees and make them master all the related knowledge regarding Amazon policy in order to avoid mistakes caused by human error. We have provided all our staff with a systematic and effective training immediately. All our staff knows well “ASIN Creation Policy” and can correctly use ASIN variations now.

3. Actions that we will take to ensure similar situation won’t happen again:

(1) Strictly obey Amazon’s policy.

(a) When we create variations for some listings, they must be the same products. Meanwhile, we will only create variations with color and size under the correct parent and no longer mix models and styles in the wrong listings.

(b)In addition, for the future business on Amazon, we will not only seek for expanding the scale of sales on Amazon, but also make sure all the products comply with the Amazon’s “ASIN Creation Policy”.

(2) All of our listings will be strictly inspected before creating a variation.

We have set up a special inspection team by 2 experienced employees who are responsible for checking whether the new listings are in violation of “ASIN Creation Policy”. They will update the listings timely to make sure that they always comply with Amazon's listing policy. We believe that we can do it better with a professional, skilled, and expanded team.

(3) Regularly check our listings.

We will regularly check our listings in order to make sure that all the listings comply with “ASIN Creation Policy”. If the listings are in violation of Amazon’s policy, they will be deleted immediately. We guarantee that the similar problem won’t happen again.

(4) Use template for adding products via upload.

Our listings were uploaded directly one by one by our salesman. The listings with variations are easy to be broken when the network speed is slow. We will teach our salesperson upload products use template. All new listings are planned to be created via upload. It not only can avoid misusing variations, but also greatly improving the work efficiency.

(5) Use the appropriate UPC, EAN, ISBN, ASIN or JAN code.

We will use the appropriate UPC, EAN, ISBN, ASIN or JAN code when listing a product. The codes must be reliable data that can be used to match our products to existing products in the catalogue. We will strictly obey Amazon’s rule and create all new listing with our own ASIN and UPC or EAN. We won’t add other seller’s existed UPC or ASIN or EAN in our own new listings. If the UPC or EAN happened to be used already by other sellers, there will have warning with different color words, we will delete them directly, and use a new unused UPC or EAN.

(6) Register our own brand with Amazon.

In order to avoid creating duplicate ASINs and grow up together with Amazon, we are establishing our own brand.

(7) Strengthen the strict inspection for qualification of our employees.

We will strictly check the staff’s qualification. If our staff is not qualified, we will timely change our staff and provide the complete training immediately in order to make sure that the similar problem won’t happen again

(8) Improve communication with Amazon.

If we are not sure whether our listings comply with policies on Amazon, we will actively contact with Amazon immediately and won’t blindly sell the products again. We will never do the similar violations again.

With the above improvements, we have full confidence that we can strictly obey the Amazon sales rule, try to maintain the good Amazon reputation in promoting Amazon to be the best shopping and sales platform, and provide the great service for each client at the globe.

Matching our products to existing products in the Amazon catalogue helps to drive a high-quality customer experience. Amazon sets out the highest standards towards customer satisfaction and that is also what we are working for. We believe that we can do it better with a professional, skilled, and expanded team.
