有时候我们会遇到品牌授权的问题，比如备案品牌，比如有人跟卖我们的时候，投诉对方都需要品牌备案和产品发票才能成功投诉，因为亚马逊会找你要这些东西，如果这时候你没有备案过，不妨找一个参加过独家计划的品牌或者一个已经备案的品牌给你个授权书，然后提供授权书和UPC码给到亚马逊，就可以成功的投诉跟卖者，将对手赶走了。 下面是桔子分享出来的的一个备案书模板，大体上就是讲谁授权给谁，留下授权方及被授权方电话公司和地址等信息，盖章后给亚马逊备案就可以了，这里分享给大家： Note: Please print and sign this form and return a scanned PDF or image.
